Where did the idea come from?

"How can we empower Kuldiga high schoolers to feel more confident about their career choice and future?”

This was the starting point for us to create this program, which aims to inspire, guide, and empower students to explore potential career paths, clarify their goals, and build the confidence they need to take their next steps toward the future. This is the result of months of collaboration between 5 Service Design students at the SDSI master's program in Kuldiga with the local community.
